Gross Leak Test System

MSX-7003 series

Combined air tightness tester that can perform bombing(Helium gas impregnation), gross leakage test, and fine leakage test in one unit.
Hermeticity testing is available for medium and large electronic device products, LEDs, optical devices, high-frequency devices, power semiconductors, IR sensors, electrolytic capacitors, and other products less than 10 mm square.
The transport system is designed to accommodate pallet-to-pallet, tray-to-tray, etc., depending on the product size.
The 7003 series includes not only the MSX combined airtightness tester, but also dedicated fine and gross leak testing equipment to suit your application, so please contact us.
